Dr. Peter Lorange

Prof. Dr. Peter Lorange is Chairman and CEO of the Lorange Network, which he founded in 2017 to provide business knowledge digitally and a networked community for company owners, entrepreneurial families and larger private investors.

He was formerly owner and President of the Lorange Institute of Business. Prof. Dr. Lorange is a successful entrepreneur and owner of a highly diversified family office with over 25 investment activities, after having sold his shipping company in 2006.

He is also regarded as one of the world's most foremost business school academics.

Uwe Feuersenger

Uwe Feuersenger, (born in 1964) first started his professional career in the field of Sales and Marketing within the IT sector. He founded and co-founded a number of companies in the very early years of the Internet. Between 2000 and 2006, Mr. Feuersenger was Managing Partner of firstVentury, an early stage Venture Capital investor with the main focus on high-tech companies. In 2005 he founded and managed aeris CAPITAL, the family investment office of SAP co-founder, Dr. H.C. Klaus Tschira. During this time, amongst a number of other activities, Uwe developed a sustainable investment strategy in the education sector. After Klaus Tschira passed away in 2015, Uwe left the Family Office and founded Bold Brains, a company whose main focus is the education sector. His vision is very clear: all children should receive the highest quality and the most current level of education, regardless of their socio-economic background. In his opinion, the solution is a paradigm shift in education policies and an extensive digital transformation of learning. At OBS (Obersee Bilingual School), in Switzerland, he has successfully introduced digital learning tools which were implemented successfully and were a great asset during the recent Corona lockdown. This enabled the school to continue teaching remotely and achieve all learning goals for the students. The next step is the development of a unified learning platform that allows all children to learn remotely or onsite.

Dr. Susan Walsh

Born in Dublin, Ireland in 1969, Dr Walsh holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Ulster, Belfast, as well as numerous other academic and professional qualifications in business. She started her career in banking and worked in retail, corporate and private banking for 11 years in both the North and South of Ireland. She then moved into academia and held a fellowship at the Dublin Institute of Technology as well as lecturing positions in a number of state and private third level institutions. She is a member of the VDU, Institute of Directors and is one of only 400 Irish people invited to attend the Irish Global Economic Forum from 2011 to 2016. After moving to Munich in 2004, Susan founded Globe Business College in 2006 and has spent the last decade and a half perfecting a unique education model that centres on customised business education for the sons and daughters of “Mittelstand” and family company owners around the world. Today, she divides her time between the College, speaking events to promote the need for relationship-based education in an increasingly digitalised society and working at a strategic level in both Ireland and Europe on the future of education.

About Globe Business College:

Globe Business College, a private educational institution in Munich, was founded in 2006. The College offers unique, customised business education to a specific niche of students, many of whom are the sons and daughters of successful company owners around the world. Unlike with some traditional business education, the model at Globe has little to do with pre-determined learning outcomes or knowledge attainment. The real value is the exchange process that is customised to each student and challenges them to stretch and move beyond their comfort zones to consistently become more focused, think on their feet, be strategic, dynamic, communicate in real time and take effective decisions. This unique educational model develops each student through a three-year bachelor degree process so that when they graduate, they know how to carve out their niche in the world, are confident in their abilities and surrounded by a relationship-based network.
