Venture Investing and how to ascertain a fair price for a potential venture investment.

More and more investors and family offices aim to allocate a part of their portfolio toward venture investments. Although many factors contribute toward successful venture investing, pricing the venture investment is certainly one of them. However, how shall early stage companies be correctly valued? This difficult but important question will be discussed during our Roundtable with distinguished panelists Guido Polko of Family Office Circle Foundation, venture investor Henry Nilert, Boddco’s Managing Director Nicolai Bodd and Jostein Vik from Partner Viking Ventures, who will each share their unique investment experiences and insights.
